NetGifted only collects the minimum client address and website support information necessary for NetGifted to effectively carry out web design and web-related administrative tasks that you, as a client, may specifically engage us to perform.

Personal information refers to information that identifies you such as your name and address. At various places throughout our websites, you are asked to voluntarily provide us with personal information if you wish to purchase products/services or you wish to obtain other services such as our online newsletter. Helpdesk / Online Support . When you contact our Helpdesk by phone or online, we ask for your name and phone number. When you contact our Helpdesk over the Internet, we ask for your name, phone number and email address. We may require further information in order to provide you with support. We retain your support history in order to provide faster and more accurate assistance. This information is stored on an internal database which is only accessible by certain personnel and is password protected.
Online subscription to our Newsletter. We ask you for your email address when you subscribe online for our Newsletter so that we can send you the newsletter you have requested, as well as email promotions and announcements. When you subscribe online, we will send you an email to verify that you wish to subscribe, and to ensure that someone else did not submit your email address without your knowledge or consent.
You may unsubscribe for the Newsletter at any time, and your email address will be deleted from our newsletter mailing list. If you unsubscribe for our Newsletter, you will not receive email promotions and announcements.
Spam Policy
NetGifted retains and stores your name, billing address, email address and telephone details to facilitate service support to you, communication with you and/or for account billing purposes only. Under no circumstances is this information disseminated, sold or otherwise released to third parties unless NetGifted is specifically instructed by you to act on your behalf to acquire third party web-related and/or administrative services which may require your contact and account management information. NetGifted does not engage in or encourage "SPAM" email marketing/communication of any kind.Please refer to our document “Spam Policy” for more details.
Where NetGifted is specifically requested by you or your administrators and/or delegates to release information in our possession to third parties for the purposes of acquiring ancillary services on your behalf, NetGifted assumes no responsibility for the use of your information by said third parties.
NetGifted does not retain or store client credit card information.
NetGifted does not take responsibility for retaining, storing or otherwise archiving your personal and/or business website and email account logon details such as usernames, passwords and other details necessary to administer your web-related matters with third party suppliers like Web Hosting Companies; Internet Service Providers; Email Service Providers; and Domain Name Registrars. This means that once NetGifted has, by request, initially set up and/or administered your accounts and conveyed relevant usernames and passwords to you, such information is no longer retained by NetGifted unless you have made specific business arrangements with NetGifted to monitor and manage your username, password, domain name and/or hosting account information on an ongoing basis.
In cases of periodic requests to NetGifted to carry out tasks or maintenance on your behalf which may require username and password logons, you should be prepared to supply NetGifted with your username and password information on a task by task basis unless you have formally engaged NetGifted to monitor and manage your username, password, domain name and/or hosting account information on a continuing basis.
NetGifted takes all reasonable measures and precautions to safeguard and protect from loss, misuse or alteration any personal information that has been released to us by our clients. NetGifted also takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard and protect from intrusion, our online appliances along with the contained digital data by conducting regular system and anti-intrusion maintenance on applicable equipment and software. While NetGifted makes reasonable efforts to back up data, NetGifted is not responsible for the destruction of client information and any logon details owing to equipment failure or corruption of digital media and/or records.
Consent To This Agreement
By contracting and using NetGifted’s services, you consent to the collection and use of information by us as specified above. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
