What does NetGifted Web Hosting consider "CGI ABUSE"?
Any site whose CGI programs are using excessive amounts of system resources. Excessive amounts is defined as any amount that results in substantial degradation of server performance. NetGifted is the sole determinant of what constitutes degraded server performance.

Our pre-configured hosting packages are designed to be used for small to medium sized web sites and traffic loads. image link to Choose a Hosting Plan They are not intended for large, busy, resource intensive web sites and they will be suspended if found impacting server performance. These sites, especially those using databases, may require a dedicated solution (Dedicated Server) due to resource usage. If your site falls into this category, please contact us for a custom hosting plan or other alternative suggestions.
What happens if you violate this policy?

All accounts that are found to using excessive amounts of system resources will receive an E-mail warning from NetGifted. This warning will inform you that there is too much CGI running and it will provide options for reducing the usage or upgrading your server. If you do not reduce the usage within 24 hours of the E-mail being sent, your CGI scripts will be disabled.
